5318 Policy – Affordable Care Act Implementation for Hourly, Non-Collectively Bargained Employees

Bellingham Public Schools will implement the Affordable Care Act (ACA) for hourly, non-collectively bargained employees by either offering health care coverage to eligible full-time employees or paying the required subsidy to the federal government, as determined on an annual basis. The superintendent shall adopt procedures for determining eligibility as a full-time employee under the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
