Free vaccine clinic for students and families: 2-6 p.m., Wednesday, October 2, Bellingham High School

Dear families,
On Wednesday, there is another听, hosted by the Washington State Department of Health’s Care-A-Van at Bellingham High School.

  • Who: any children and adults in our community.
  • What: The clinic will provide all childhood vaccinations for kids ages 6 months to 18 years. New 2024-25 flu and COVID-19 immunizations will also be available for children ages 5 months to 18 years and for adults 19 and older.
  • When: 2-6 p.m. Wednesday, October 2
  • Where: Bellingham High School (2020 Cornwall Ave.) Please note that the clinic starts during the school day at BHS, so parking may be limited until after dismissal at 3:15.

Costs and insurance information:

  • Childhood vaccines including Covid-19 and flu are no cost for ages 6 months to 18 years old.
  • Please bring proof of insurance if available.
  • For most insurance plans, flu and Covid-19 vaccines are also free for adults. Please check with your insurance company if you would like to know if you have a co-pay for an adult flu or Covid-19 vaccine.
  • For Covid-19 vaccination, please bring vaccine record or visit听听to have a copy sent to your phone.

This clinic is just one way to obtain required or desired immunizations for childhood diseases and for seasonal illnesses. You may also obtain required immunizations through your health care provider, which will then typically update your child鈥檚 school records.
